NEXARIUM — CIVILISATION LAYER

The Civilisation Layer is the civilizational level of NEXARIUM's four-layer architecture. This layer encompasses the structures that support the interpretive, knowledge-based, and collaborative relationship between complex technological systems and human civilization.

It consists of two independent infrastructures: the Civilizational Interpretive Infrastructure, which carries the CIR framework and its civilizational interpretive environment, and the MCP Interpretive Infrastructure, which, through MCP, provides a standardized connection between intelligent systems, agents, tools, and information resources.

The Civilisation Layer is therefore neither CIR nor MCP itself, but the shared civilizational environment in which the infrastructures of interpretation and machine connectivity operate alongside each other.

NEXARIUM - Open Decentralized Web Infrastructure

The NEXARIUM - Open Decentralized Web Infrastructure is an open, modular, and layered infrastructure that enables structured connectivity, collaboration, and information exchange between human users, digital systems, intelligent agents, and autonomous technologies.

The infrastructure consists of four interconnected layers that provide different technological and functional levels while forming a unified architecture. The goal of NEXARIUM is to create an open environment in which identity, data, knowledge, services, intelligent systems, and autonomous agents can connect to each other in a standardized and interoperable manner.
